RE: Big 12 Commissioner: Cheating Pays
If you read the "bag man" article that I read above...you know how hard it is to "catch" these cheaters.

Everyone knew that OSU's recruitment of Terrell Pryor was shady (as it was with Troy Smith and Maurice Clarett before him...) but it was virtually impossible to prove. Even in the end, it was the tangible "signed merchandise" for sale that got these kids caught. Nobody ever busted Pryor for all the free cars he got...

Yes, I STRONGLY believe the SEC is out to get each other...but it's easier said than done. Again, read the article if you haven't already. It will make SO much more sense to grasp a portion of the SEC dominance.

One other thing...the SEC is not just keeping to their own region. I don't have the data at my fingertips, but not only are they keeping their kids in the South, they are bringing the top northern kids down. A blue chip receiver from Illinois comes to mind from two years ago...he went to Ole Miss. (Are you kidding me? A kid from Illinois dying to go to Ole Miss...??? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$)

Stanford's David Shaw said yesterday, ""Many of us in college football, we all smiled when [Bowlsby] said it. We all know who’s doing what."
