"Don't expect your employees to work hard because you tell them to. You have to set the example. You have to be at your desk when your first employee arrives in the morning. Your job is to run the business and everyone else's job is dependent upon you doing yours."

I almost responded with almost the exact same thing earlier.

I've been working on about a 400 million dollar project for about a year and a half, have another year and a half to go. I lead about 35 people every day. Before I signed on to this project I golfed about 3 times a week...since I've played maybe 15 times in a year and a half. We have tight time lines and you don't miss deadlines. When I ask for volunteers on weekends or extended hours I have hands pop almost immediately to work. They do this because I'm right there working with them and I am always the last to leave. My boss...right there with us and won't leave until I leave. These are givens when put in a position of leadership. They are instincts and show that you care.

Obama is not a leader, he is an elitist prickjob who cares about one thing....himself. It's disgusting.
