No, Mostly purchased from gun dealers thru straw buyers, a violation of law, but alas Obama and the ATF won't enforce that law.

I called Perry's office and bitched at him for not having a contingency plan. The office told me that since the FEDS were saying it was a refugee situation, the national guard option was off the table, currently. Perry also said that they were considering beefing up the Texas Rangers and sending them down.
