It's like a lot of other early season tourneys, that allow you to play 3 games for the price of one. Usually, you play 1 to 3 home games against lesser teams, who rotate playing the 4 teams who wind up in Miami.
The lesser teams haven't been announced yet, that I can tell.
For example, BEFORE the games in Miami (or after, sometimes) Lesser Team A will play at OSU, Memphis and UK.
Team B will play at Memphis, UK and USF.
Team C will play at UK, USF and OSU.
Team D will play at OSU and Memphis.
Team E will play at UK and USF.
It is simply a way for these early season tourneys to attract big names, by letting them play extra games that count in the season.
