I think it is time some enterprising young House member introduced a bill to upgrade all the federal governments hard drives.

Obviously this is needed.

No wonder the Obama administration has accomplished so little, their hard drives keep crashing.

Eventually this is going to cause all government workers to use cloud services rather than local hard drive storage. The only problem with that is security, and of course, it won't be implemented until after Zero leaves office.

There may be no direct evidence tying this TO Obama, but it was certainly done FOR Obama. And if there was a breadcumb trail leading to him then he truly would have the most imcompetent admin in history.
