The last statement where he says that you should do the same for all & that it isn't even debatable.

In this state, I think it is debatable in some places.

Interesting statements by the commisioner of the conference that contains the only school to recently have an investigation launched (Oklahoma State) and another with possible violations recently coming to light (Texas).
