I felt like Gandalft's lit staff in the depths of Moria.

My UT-fan friend just reposted this to Facebook:

This makes me wonder. How much does it cost to customize a cement truck like that?
Cost is no object because the girls from the holler just come a runnin' when they see that mighty ride!03-lmfao

This could easily have happened in Covington or even Millington.

Now that's just plain ole redneck smarts right there. No way one of the convicts on the road crew drives off with the cement truck in an escape attempt.

The color pattern has the same effect on the truck as it does the prison jumpsuits.

THANK you.

I read that and was like that is the single DORKIEST thing I've ever read by someone feeling "superior" to another...

It is intended as a whimsical observation not to be taken seriously. I do not think I am a mythical heroic figure anymore than I believe that elephants really bounce on trampoline like in your avatar.

Well, I am here to tell you that the times are changing in Covington. Older people in Covington were often UTay fans. However, younger fans (under 50) in Covington and Tipton County are more and more fans of the University of Memphis. Why?
1) Many younger residents are alumni of the U of M. We have been sending a lot more students to the U of M than to UTK recently.

2) Several Tiger football players have come from Covington recently, bringing fans who followed them in High School. Examples are Darron White, Michael Grandberry, and current player Carlos Williams.

3) The exodus from Memphis to T County has brought people who were already loyal Tiger supporters into our community.

So, check out license plates as you drive through Covington. I think you will find many more with blue and gray than that ugly urange.

There was a surprise swarm of UTK hillbillies on Roar yesterday. They pelted Tiger fans with buckshot all day, and we fought hard, but were outnumbered. 03-lmfao The comments they chose to rep negatively were just feaking odd.

I gotta think they some of those Vol trolls, like the trolls in that Moria scene, have never experienced the light that facts bring. So when I read that analogy, it really fit. We didn't have enough ammo and we didn't have enough people. We needed the light. lol
