So we need to facilitate the exercise of rights, like using drugs, or having recreational sex that we don't want to get pregnant from, but facilitating gun ownership, a more concrete right, is bad.

I dont mind this. It will attract all of the pot-headed unemployed to Berkley. They can pay for them.

You mandate that companies can no longer screen, but still hold them liable when the bridge collapses, the prescription is wrong, etc.
