Elite 11
Houston QB commit Ben Hicks continues to climb up the charts. Out of 18 QBs who entered camp, he's currently ranked #3 heading into today's finale.
ESPNU will cover the 7on7 championship tonight at 8PM Eastern.
I believe Neal Burcham at SMU and Nick Montana at Tulane are the only Elite 11 QBs on current American rosters.

AWESOME! Thanks for posting. I did not realize it would be on TV. I will have to check Hicks out tonight.

Burcham. http://espn.go.com/college-sports/recrui...al-sleeper
He earned a high spot each of the past three days on the coaches' 11-man leaderboard and Burcham has regularly outperformed fellow competitors with dozens of glitzy offers from which to choose.
"That shows how stupid some of these people are in college football," said former veteran NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer, head coach to the Elite 11 participants at Pepperdine University this week. "If you're in that region and you haven't offered this kid, you're stupid."

We hope so, too. He grew up in Baylor's backyard. It's a wonder if Coach Briles (former Cougar coach) even sniffed at him. He sure would continue the great QB legacy at UH.

Briles usually likes his QBs taller and faster. Different strokes.
