Brown compliments Ollie
Larry Brown complimented Ollie in a recent interview. We in the AAC are blessed with good Bball coaches. Looking forward to SMU/UConn battles.

Q: Did Kevin Ollie call you about the NBA jobs he was linked to?
LB: “No, I mean, I talk to Kevin a lot. I just want what he thinks is best. I know how he feels about those kids and the tradition they have at that school. He is always going to be in demand because he is a great coach. I’m happy he is happy. That’s the only thing that really matters. I tried to tell him to go to Connecticut in the first place and I feel pretty good about that.”

Two great coaches. The AAC (for the sake of perception) is lucky to have them .

No argument here. I tried to word that as carefully as I could. Those schools aren't lucky because A. They pay the $$ to have them, and B. they did what it took to become successful. The AAC isn't really lucky to have the coaches, but is lucky to have two great teams coached by them.
