According to the report, Woodson and Davis were involved in a verbal disagreement -- over a female, a source told The CA last week -- that became physical after Davis grabbed U of M Associate Director of Athletic Academics Kristin Williams and "shoved her to the floor" to get to Woodson.

The 5-8, 170-pound Davis then lunged at Woodson, according to the report, and took the 6-10, 290-pound forward to the ground, resulting in "minor sheet rock damage to the walls in the area as a result of the assault."

So let me get this str8. As I read it, fb player attacks female advisor, then attacks bb player.
Then the rest of the article(lengthy) is spent noting what a problem the bb player is.
FWIW, sounds to me like Dom was just defending himself without doing damage to his attacker.

But, whatever, VERY poorly written and a very poor slant on things.

AND I have to add this. I believe Davis will oneday be a stud rb for the fb team. That is, if he can stay on the team.
Haven't heard Fuente or the press say one thing negative about fb player.

I'm not sure what's going on here. But a police report is not good.
Was this woman injured? Who stopped the fight?

Based on his HS numbers, Davis looks like he has a chance to be good. Was probably passed up by the FL schools because of his size.

What ever happened to Marquis Warford? Where did he transfer?

Local radio has no time to interview Fuente.

I think Fuente should and will handle this in house. As Pastner would have.

What you heard could be a rumor that's grown. There was no mention of that in the campus police report, at least as reported by the CA. BUT if that's actually true and proven, than Mr Gun, whoever that was, has to go IMO.

The report states that Williams had minor injuries, but declined medical services. There were no injuries to Woodson, a native of Round Rock, Texas, or Davis, a native of Tampa, Fla...
