It has nothing to do with the existence of the nation, only it's horrendous and inhumane treatment of Palestinians as state policy.
The term Refugee Camp in this situation is a misnomer. It is an effective word for the Pro Palestinian folks because of the image it conjures up in the mods of Westerners. Tents, chain link fences, communal bathrooms etc. that is a far cry from what a Palestinian Refugee Camp looks like. In fact, if you were to walk in Gaza, the West Bank, Hebron etc, you would not know you were in a Refugee Camp unless someone told you.
Secondly, most Palestinians hold Jordanian passports, where is the International pressure on Jordan? How many Israeli's are their in the PA's governing body? How many Arabs and Palestinians serve in the Knesset? The answer to the first isn't surprising, but the 2nd will be.
Hamas, Hezbollah and to a much lesser extent Fatah have mastered the art of Social Media, they know what words and images tug at the hearts of Westerners and do a great manipulation job. It's why they build bombs in private homes and store weapons at schools and Mosques.

Hmm... How long has this tally been going? What made you start this tally, when you did? I guess we just get to throw out centuries of previous history.

If you tallied all the people Hamas says were killed by the IDF over say the last decade, you would think no one was left in Gaza.
It is also a meaningless stat. What is left out is how many Hamas cache's were destroyed etc. plus, the Iron Dome is keeping a lot of the Katusha's from hitting their indiscriminately aimed targets

Just the latest round of violence. No, there is a long history and it surrounds one city, Jerusalem. Here you have had all of this fighting going back nearly 2000 years over this one city, but leave there and people act a lot differently. One of the oldest Christian neighborhoods and churches in the world are in Beirut, Lebanon and there is a Jewish quarter there and the centuries old Maghen Abraham Synagogue. That right Christians, Jews, and Muslims living side by side for centuries. Heck one of the main churches is right next to a Mosque.

These aren't the Hamas numbers, their saying over 200 killed, these are numbers even Israel is reporting.

Then perhaps Hamas should cease firing rockets into Israel, right?
I don't know where you live, but if someone was lobbing hundreds or even thousands of mortars, rockets or even rocks over our border, that is an act of war, right? Does Israel have a right to exist? If so, how can they live like that? If not, then, well, step up and say that.

The rise of the anti police sentiment pushed by the libertarian movement is a dangerous one. It reminds me of the anarchy movements of the 70s. Videos like this take a handful of bad incidents(often times not telling the entire story) and juxtaposition them in a way that gives the viewer the impression that all police activity ends in people being abused. All while ignoring all the good things police officers do each day that go unnoticed.
I am against a police state, but these are not the police we need to be fighting. Our enemies are funded by Washington.
I'd like to see the anti police crowd live in a world without the police.
