Does anyone know the status of Fraiser's court date?

The reason I ask is that a member of the Memphis Grizzlies was arrested for domestic violence a couple of days after Frazier was. Last week he went to court and the case was dismissed. Makes me think that chad's should have come up by now.

Since we apparently have no coverage from the local joke of media, and this isn't something that UAB will publicize, if we want to know, it is something we have to investigate ourselves.

Court records are generally public documents and many are online. Does anyone know how to get more infor from the Birmingham court system?

Otherwise do you think our coaches would risk letting him have the honor of going to all the all star events?

Maybe but still a total guess is deferred prosecution (be good for a time period and charges dropped) or youthful offender. Both are "secret" proceedings

Since we're speculating maybe the wheels of justice turn slower here than there.

I would assume that court dockets are just as backed up in The City of Birmingham's Courts as they are in the Jefferson County Court system, which would lead me to believe that there probably has not even been a preliminary hearing, as of yet.

With all of the Jeremy Hunts and Robert Doziers, Memphis' domestic violence unit is very efficient at such processes.
