I am enjoying this countdown, and thank you for putting it together. If our 9th place team is 5-7 with a P5 win over North Carolina State, this will be a fun year in C-USA.

I know you are new to C-USA, so we'll give you a pass on predicting a Louisiana Tech win over Rice in November. David Bailiff's teams have been scary good late in the season and just plain scary to watch in September. We're also getting better size and depth, which might be why Rice does better as the season gets later. I agree Louisiana Tech makes a step back up this year, but I don't think that means beating Rice after Thanksgiving.

My Crystal Ball may have been cloudy that day. I think LA Tech will be much improved this year and at the end of the season who knows. Good luck to both in 2014.
