some basketball schedule tidbits are leaking out. uta plays again at kentucky nov. 25...

stAte should have a home game with Marshall, and road games against Niagra, Toledo, and UCA that I know of.

No clue about our non-conference games yet, but really hoping there are no non D1 teams on it, or 1 at the very most.

Not sure who we play, but am excited to have a new basketball coach.
Jim Fox took over, former Davidson assistant. He doesn't have much
talent this year, but have to be optimistic about the future with him
as coach.

I believe we play Southern Miss as well though I'm not sure if the date has been announced. All we know so far.

I don't know...Colorado State may not be great, but that is not a fun trip at all.

Troy AD John Hartwell announced a week or so ago that the men's basketball team would begin the season with a home opener against Ole Miss.

Not too bad. We had a home opener against Mississippi State a couple of years ago, and now it's Ole Miss. Maybe the result will be the same.

Dates are clearly wrong, but teams are probably right. No way we play in Hawaii on 11/22 and at home on 11/23. The games in Las Vegas are not a week apart.
