Koko was my neighbor in the Memphis suburbs for a while. No matter who lived in that house after him my kids always called it "Mr. Kokos house".

He will go out of his way to help you, give you the shirt off of his back, and is just an all around great dude. He can also turn out some fantastic ribs.
