JP Morgan Chase to require all employees to be Pro-Homosexual
Quote:Each year JP Morgan Chase sends its employees a survey asking questions related to management and other non-controversial issues. A longtime Chase employee told Professor Robert George of Princeton that the survey this year included the following questions for the first time:

Are you:

1) A person with disabilities;

2) A person with children with disabilities;

3) A person with a spouse/domestic partner with disabilities;

4) A member of the LGBT community.

5) An ally of the LGBT community, but not personally identifying as LGBT.

I'm not sure how any of these questions are legal, but certainly point to inappropriate conduct by JPM management.

No Agenda here

Completely illegal in the manner in which it was allegedly done.

What Chase has done is to basically open themselves up to a lawsuit whenever they need to fire someone. Congrats, dumbasses......

How is that requiring all employees to be pro-LGBT? Do you think if someone say no, they're gonna actually can said person?

SO we arent going to hear any squealing from the left if a dozen gay members get canned from Chase next week?

It works both ways, which is why you dont do it.

WHat does any of this have to do with someone's job? If it doesnt, dont ask. Simple as that.

Yeah it's stupid, don't understand why they would do it in the first place rather than just being a big brother wanna-be and get more info about their employees.

But I don't think they'd actually can you for your answers either way like you seem to imply.

AT&T is similarly curious about my personal preferences regarding these type of things. I'll be canned one day for the answers I give.

RE: JP Morgan Chase to require all employees to be Pro-Homosexual
Chase Bank, the Same company that had an 86 year old man in a wheelchair with 2 Adult Mentally disabled children living in a home with a 5% interest rate loan and talked Them into a refinancing loan with escrow. Turns out No escrow was given and gave Them a 10% Fanny Mae loan by increasing the Income numbers double Their actual earning and listed Them as American Indians. Fraudulent loan caused foreclosure of home as payment was higher than Sons SSI monthly payment. At least His SSI couldn't be touched. They made Son Co-signer on Fraudulent loan. Chase loan officer never explained original loan with escrow was declined and He put the Fannie Mae application through by fudging figures and gave The
Senior Citizen unsigned copies of loan knowing He wouldn't read it and Son wouldn't
understand it.
I can believe anything is possible with JP Morgan Chase. The Sleeze Sizzles from Them.

I'm not sure how any of these questions are legal, but certainly point to inappropriate conduct by JPM management.

No Agenda here

They are simply looking for persons willing to serve on a LGBT or disabled persons advisory boards. Or simply attempting to divide up what is most likely a confidential questionaire into subgroups so they can ensure that employee concerns about management aren't concentrated in one particular subgroup. Completely legitimate. Completely legal too.

Robert George works with groups that advocate CRIMINAL penalties simply for being Gay. I think that rises well beyond Chase simply looking to fill spots on advisory boards.

Do they also have open spots on advisory boards for healthy heterosexuals?

Their advisory board is called...."The Board of Directors". I'll sure the LGBT groups and the disabled persons will trade.

The first question might be legal, but maybe not. The way to ask that question in a job interview is "are you physically and mentally capable of doing the job you applied for?"

The other questions are not legal at all.

Absolutely legal at least on the Gay issue. Even though this appears to be a confidential questionaire, even if not, it is LEGAL to fire someone for being Gay or Gay supportive. Therefore it is LEGAL to fire someone for not being Gay or Gay supportive. Of course that's not what's happening here.

The Boards and Officers of Fortune 500 companies are comprised of more gay people than racial minorities; and, they are majority pro-gay everything. So, this "advisory board" is merely a pretext to let employees know where the company stands and they they had better get on board with this ideology or they will be fired (of course for something else). It's just that simple.
