problem with the Princeton Review, among other things, they base most of their rankings on what students who actually go to school at these schools consider the best party school and what town has the best cheese fries. It is a joke to say the least and has very little to actually do with academics and more about social life, hell I know Starkville is boring and there ain't much to do around there but I sure would get an engineering degree from State if I could do it all over. Plus if these city slickers only knew the joy of cow tipping and snipe hunting, they would be all over us. :D

Here is the Pledge of the Princeton Review.

Our Pledge:
Each of our rankings -- and the profiles they link to -- will give you an unbiased and uncensored view of the chosen colleges. And we guarantee that you won't read anything like our candid profiles in the view books that colleges send you. The important thing to remember is that almost every ranking is based on what the real experts -- current college students -- tell us about their schools. After all, what could be more useful to prospective college students than the opinions of current college students?

Oh and not knocking the schools on this list and their ranking but they really don't mean a whole lot IMO. Every school in the SEC has something to offer everyone, just depends on what your goals are.

Lynne, yes they were, and if they did, it would literally destroy them. NCAA rules require that each college be accredited. SACS would've had Auburn's entire athletic program stripped if they took it away.
