Amazing, isn't it? Sark was one of the biggest peddlers of "more Europe" while he was in office. About a month ago, he started to speak less favorably toward the EU and more favorably toward French independence. And now he is charged with corruption. Sound familiar? Same playbook was used when Burlesconi started panning the EU. The Europeans make even Chicago look like the ideal model of good and honest government.
