Andy hit a home run with this hire. He's sure to be a head coach some day. That said I'm pretty sure he didn't get any such "assurances" from WMU, but what he did get was a very big pay raise and the chance to add another top head coach as a boss.

Barr is a excellent addition to the WMU staff.

He's a very good recruiter and has a very good offensive mind
