I will admit that I am not a fan of Ted Cruz, and that Eric Holder hasn't done a great job, but I think going as far as impeachment is a little silly. All I have heard on Fox News the last week is about these damn scandals, and - honestly - it's a little frustrating that we keep harping on this without getting any more information. Once that comes, I'd revisit it - but not until.

You can venture far and wide about the IRS scandal there are lots of facts, deceptions, lies, obstruction, stonewalling, the 5th, and secrets unlike your venture of opinion of Ted Cruz.

Since Eric Holder has been held in contempt of congress, his words mean nothing. He has lied and deceived repeatably, making him the worst kind of scum sucking bottom feeder that a public servant could be.

I'm going to give Mr Holder the benefit of the doubt and accept that he does deeply believe that everyone is against him, and the President, because he is black.

I'm also going to give him the benefit of the doubt and accept that he truly believes that many laws on the books are inherently unfair and possibly unconstitutional.

Furthermore, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and accept that he sincerely believes that the complaints about the IRS and other ginned up scandals, are the product of partisan politics.

However, when he took his oath, he agreed to uphold the Constitution and that means doing his job and enforcing the laws as written. Not what he thinks they should be.

Anything less is non-performance and he should be subject to removal.

I saw a sign during winter that said, "Hell" Texas and it had icicles on it. So I don't think hell will freeze over twice.

Holder will keep his position as long as he wants. So will O.

Where are the Leftists who keep telling us to follow the law? Holder is a criminal and he found time to investigate Zimmerman after his trial but all this crap going on in the IRS is nothing to him.

Holder should be in jail. He needs to be sued as much as anyone.
