So, I saw the post on the main board about the vintage UTEP jacket. Then today while packing up my apartment I came across this:



Is anyone else hoarding old ODU memorabilia?

I'd love to score an old Norfolk Division cardigan.

I've got some old Tom E. Smith ODU Food Lion gear...

I still have a Big Blue Beast poster, a light blue AJD baseball hat (the one with the three stripes), and a few other things.

We have an amazing amount of stuff old and new. The idea is to at some point in the near future have an ODU room in our house. I have sweatshirt jacket (the sweatshirt is new, but the decal put on it is vintage) of that old Big Blue logo. We gave Big Blue a t-shirt with it on it at a basketball game a couple of years ago and he wore it a couple of times.

Every once in a while I come across older things from when my parents were students (like the button).

Unfortunately, it is rolled up in a tube. But I have several tubes and it will take some time to dig through all of them.

This is the hat style I have for the ODU hat:

I have a gray, wool, ODU baseball jersey from the late 60's or early 70's.

I have my parents' diplomas that are "larger than life" style. I couldn't believe when my mom showed me how big they are! Why was that ever a good idea?!

We've got 2 of those on the wall coming up our stair case. They are very impressive, but hard to frame.
