Yes...no doubt...Favre is the greatest....next smack issue...you lose this one....
Because you say I lose it? How about we set up a little poll as to who is the best ever? I doubt your man gets the top spot. I Would take Aikman, Manning ( Not Eli ) , any number of guys over him.
Just because you say so, doesnt make it so dip stick.
Aikman...ROTFLOL!...Now I know you are an idiot... ;-)
Its all about the rings man. Count how many Troy has, now count how many Brett has. Let me know what you come up with.

In Troys case it is about the Rings.. HE was a big game qb, with leadership and not as much pure skill.. but for you to put Favres career next to lets see.. Montana.. Marino.. or Assuming Peyton continues...
those three right there did it big time.. and with Marino he didnt have any big time names around him.. he made most of his players into players.. What players left Miami and were studs? exactly.. he made that team more than Favre.. yeah Favre might have the elusive ring.. but I would take Marino's skill and Leadership, and knowing when to walk away from the game anyday over Brett Favre..

I tend to forget Dan M, but thats just because I hate Miami so much. But you make some good points. And we are all forgetting a guy who played in Denver for a good number of years as well. Only QB to have started 5 Super Bowls.

One thing about OG/EagleGhost that I've noticed is he just likes to have some fun over here. You really cant take him too seriously. He likes to dish it out, but he can also take it. He's harmless. Thats why he posts stuff here over on the smack board, rather than really trying to start trouble by posting on the main board.

Houston is on the inside track to win their conference, which is more than I can say for Louisville and Southern Piss.
Good thing Louisville didnt win their conference?! I am glad I am not in a conference associated with those guys anymore.. god CUSA fans were some of the dumbest around.. of course they dont compare to some MAC fans.. Particularly fans of Miami, and BGSU..

Whether they do or not, in the end of the day.. we are in the BEAST, actually have some tradition, and arent complete blowhards for a mid major.. Heck our new coach.. in three years at his old school had as many NCAA appearances as your school has in HISTORY..
SO you go laugh at us for not getting into the NIT.. sorry but we dont cherish that like a championship we actually play games that matter.. your 6 NIT appearances is pretty sad, and the year you won it.. you lost 10 games..
Doesn't it make you sad that you must look at possibly our worst year ever to even have some sort of an arguement with a UC fan.. last I checked our 25 NCAA appearances is 23 more than you have.. and our 29 all americans.. > do you even know what an all american is?
Please dont argue with me that UC is a bad program, because I could go on and on about the absolute pond scum that exists on a court in hattiesburg, but I would rather spend my time doing things that are worth it.. like cheering on a winning program..

Which part is too much for you to comeback to? the part about us having a winning program? or the part that Southern Miss wont make the NIT either..?!
