MyBB [2014 NBA Draft] No Memphis Tigers drafted this year
But I sure hope they get snagged up off the wires.

I want Geron on the Tigers ... now that the GRIZZ bought a D-League (based in Iowa), we could send them there.

If not the NBA, then I hope most land somewhere overseas and fulfill their dreams in playing professionally.

Keep the faith Tigers!

Embarrassing for our program IMO.

Why is no one else talking about what happened tonight? Watching the guys' twitter feeds up till the end of the draft was heart breaking. Did they really believe they had a chance? I thought a couple of them did.

This is devastating for our recruiting. Rated best backcourt in the nation and ranked top 25 most of the year and not a single senior drafted?! WOW! Embarrassing. I'm so so sorry for our guys. They deserved better.

It's not embarrassing. I just hate it for our guys. Really disgusted with the whole process.

But our guys will still have success in bb and in their lives. Proud of them all.

How is it embarrassing now? Joe and Geron were long, long-shots the day the season ended. Dixon and Crawford weren't even in the conversation.

Agreed, 99.9% of TigerNation knew this team didn't have anyone worthy of getting drafted. By mid season, it should have been 100%. It's not embarrassing, though. Most of them will have successful overseas careers.

Will they ever learn ? The past and present owners and GM's of the local pro rasslin team, will they ever learn ? How many Tigers have they passed up over the years.---Now tonight what do they do---they draft a player from the Communist. I think the players name is WHO or something like that. A player that turned his back on, not only the Tigers-but the City as well. Please spare me the we didn't have a spot available. The city should do what we did to the Titans, and refuse to go to any RASSLIN contests until the local RASSLIN team stops antogonizing Tiger fans and drafts a tiger-----that guy they picked over TYREKE EVANS---come on now what a joke. Heck even Will Barton this year showed flashes of being NBA Memphis Rasslin worthy.

Not necessarily. Here's a quick reality check: Nobody from Florida's senior class was drafted, which includes Patric Young, Scottie Wilbekin, and Casey Prather. I don't think that means that Billy Donovan will take a recruiting hit. And people in Florida consider that group of seniors to be one of their best classes ever.

We need to look at other programs before we drive ourselves over a cliff.

Please tell me how many of the UM players the Grizzlies passed on are flourishing in the NBA.

Here's another reality check: Billy Donovan is a better recruiter and coach than Josh Pastner.

Easy anti-Memphis comment from other coaches recruiting against us:

Josh Pastner does not prepare his players for the NBA.
