Found this today. Found it funny.

I can't help thinking how damn hot that game was. Worst I think I've ever been to.

TV be damned, it was inexcusable to not push that game back to an evening start, the heat for this day was seen several days in advance.

Yea, I have to agree MD. The temps on the field were brutal too. It's a miracle no one literally died.

What a good time that was. I was giving my friend that graduated from Iowa the business about their troubles with the MAC just yesterday....

Very fortunate there. An elderly woman behind me passed out right at kick-off. And with so many people blocking the steps it was hard for the police to get up to where she was. I was afraid for her, but they got up there and attended to her. She woke up and the police helped her down the steps to the nearest hydration station.

What a great day that was besides the heat. Great tailgate with NIU friends and met some awesome Iowa fans. So glad I was able to witness that and Jimmy Ward was good too!

It was great how the NIU sections went up for grabs when Ward made the interception and also when the field goal was made.

Remember they sold out of water by halftime ! It was a boiling hot day, but a day that I'll never forget!

We endured a TON of trash talking before the game. It was amazing how quickly the parking lots and surrounding yard parties cleared out after the game. It was so great.
