Wow, that looks pretty good too, at least on the inside (the Arizona one for 4.2 million)!

RE: New Football Locker Room
I finally got to see the new locker room today and it is very impressive. Stands with fans at each locker to dry the shoes, shoulder pads and helmets . Security drawers with electric plugs so the players can keep their phones charged while at practice( and we all know how important that is for them). The meeting room is also excellent along with the showers and players lounge. All of it is 1st class and the players are all very proud to finally have a locker room close to the practice fields instead of having to go back and forth to Bartow

As desirable as such a position might be, the reality is that the money for such games is mainly in the hands of the P5 schools. It is a paraphrase of the old quote from bank robber Willie Sutton who, when asked why he robbed banks, replied "That's where the money is". It is the P5 schools who can pay a (ALWAYS!) visiting team one to two million to provide a big payday for the Athletic Department that can't be matched by playing other P5 teams who won't agree to such one sided contracts. Even Boise State after all its success still has had difficulty getting H&H contracts with P-5 teams.

Then every non-P5 school should make them pay 10 million per game. What are they going to do? Charge us with collusion ? 03-lmfao

The non-P5 conferences had better get together to market their leagues collectively. Much like the old AFL did, they have to make the P-5 conferences need to play them.

If the G5 schools can't "hang together, they will certainly hang separately" (thanks Ben Franklin). The P5 schools play the "peasant schools" against each other the same way industries play the states against one another to get favorable tax incentives to move their plants around. These financially poorer schools are desperate for income so the P5 schools can take advantage of their more lucrative position. Unless the NCAA can get involved on the small program side, the P5 schools will continue to dominate to their advantage.

Exactly. And we also need to stick together when a non-P5 school breaks ranks. If a non-P5 school plays a P5, then everyone should drop then from future schedules. Every H & H agreement should have a clause to allow a team to be dropped with no penalty if one team plays a P5 school.

Agree with the both of you.

What's to stop them from skipping the G5 conferences entirely & going directly to the FCS/1AA for their filler home games?

If the gap keeps getting bigger, there won't be much difference.
