Where is LaBum's one hour ESPN special to return to Cleveland. I don't think they are special enough to have one.

My Heat just went from great to mediocre at best. Oh well we will just have to rebuild. In Pat Riley we trust!

You mean their are still Heat fans around after this? Love Lebron now and how he did this, awesome! Heat's arena next season will look similar to the Marlins stadium now..

Mediocre is stretching it. Im a Lakers fan, going back before Magic, and Ive always though Pat Riley was a "Used Car Salesman", sleezy to the core.

Yep! I will always be a Heat fan! The last 4 years with LeBron was just the icing on the cake. It will be awfully quiet for a while in Miami but we will be back! Just later than sooner.

No it's not stretching it at all. We have enough to stay above .500 but probably won't make the playoffs for a while but if we do make the playoffs we will not make it past the first round. Pat will have a lot of work to do.

Miami better make some serious moves in free agency other than Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts.

The Miami Heat twitter account has lost 300,000 followers today. LMAO. Can't make this stuff up.

The Heat have Norris Cole, Shabazz Napier, Josh McRoberts, Danny Granger, and almost definitely Dwyane Wade. No clue as to how good they will be until they fill out the other two-thirds of their roster. Plus only two of those guys should be starters. Lot of work to do in South Beach.

Sorry to see him go, it was a great run. Riley and the Heat will now have a lot of $$$$ to rebuild; not what we wanted, just a fact.

Look for the Heat to follow SA's model; not much choice but there are only four or five Super-duper stars in the NBA anyways.

McRoberts hasn't signed his contract yet. Hope he bails and comes back to Charlotte.

RE: OT: NBA Free Agency & Draft
Oh well. It was a great 4-year run by the Heat with Lebron, Bosh, and D-Wade. You can't take away 4 straight NBA Finals, 2 NBA championships and an amazing time to be a Heat fan. For that we have to thank Lebron to lead Miami to those 2 championships. Been a Miami Heat fan since its inception in 1988, its other championship run in 2006, and now the last four years. The only thing we should do is appreciate those times. Pat Riley has proven to be a great administrator and he has a lot of $$$ under the cap to play with for this free agency period.

RE: OT: NBA Free Agency & Draft
Exactly. I've been a Spurs fan since the mid 1980s when they were awful. I found out later (because I was a young kid at the time) that they had unloaded Iceman Gervin and other greats prior to my spectatorship, but my love for the Spurs never waned.

I've been through the good, the bad and the ugly, and you tend to realize good teams are products of good organizational models.

To hell with the Johnny Come Latelybandwagoners. Miami has lots to be proud of.

Bosh rumored to be signing max deal with Miami. I'm shocked he didn't take Houston's offer. Thought he would compliment Howard perfectly.

You can now add Bosh to that list.

ODU grad and unrestricted free agent Kent Bazemore has signed a $4 million two-year contract with the Atlanta Hawks. Way to go Baze!

So now we add Bosh and Deng to the list with Haslem, Wade, Cole, Napier, McRoberts, Granger; and Birdman appears to be resigning.

That appears to be a pretty strong starting 9 which should contend for a 4-6 seed in the East.

Houston gambled a lot on landing Bosh. In order to clear out the cap space necessary to sign Bosh, Houston more or less sacrificed thier 2014 #1 draft choice, Jeremiy Lin (plus a future #1 to LA), Omer Asik, and Chandler Parsons. After being turned down by Bosh and Carmello, Houson was only able to add Trevor Ariza. Looks like Houston took a huge step backwards this off season.

Carmelo Anthony either thinks way too much of himself or cares only about money. Good scorer, but not a winner and not someone you build a team around.
