Yeah, bandwagon fans will probably jump. Lol.

Me personally, I will continue to be a Miami Heat fan as long as Pat Riley runs the show. He has the uncanny ability to turn a sub-par team into a contender. Pat cannot stand being mediocre.

If James does leave, it will be because of 5 reasons:

5. Cleveland's "new-found luck" - I won't say the NBA rigged the lottery for Cleveland after James left, but I will say that Cleveland has been the most luckiest team I have every seen. Due to having an abundance of draft picks and a young superstar in the making with Irving, Cleveland appears to have more upside to grow than Miami. Since James has already won 2 championships, he may have a little more patience with a young superstar in Irving.

4. New salary cap prohibits "super-teams" - The new CBA makes superstars decide on whether to leave money on the table or to look like a "money-whore." This is why the 'Big 3' that Miami has would never become the Big 4 with Anthony. James would have to decide between Wade (a Miami Heat legend) or Bosh. Needless to say, Bosh would always be the odd-man out. James will not force Miami to make Bosh disappear, he is not that type of person. He is the type to leave though.

3. Mike Miller amnestied - James originally left Cleveland to play with his friends. So for Miami to cut one of his friends to save money, in my opinion, it marked the beginning of the end of the 'Big 3' dynasty.

2. Wade's health - It's a known fact that Wade's 'health-maintenance program' irked some members of the team, most notably James. This may explain why James is asking for the max amount and only looking to sign a 1-2 year deal only with Miami.

1. Home sweet, home - Mostly everyone in James' camp are from Cleveland (his wife, his agent, his inside circle). It wasn't a matter of if James returned to Cleveland, but when.

Yeah, bandwagon fans will probably jump. Lol.

That's a huge percentage of the fanbase, though.

If I had a choice between being remembered for my vacated games or for winning a NCAA Title and a NBA title, I would have chosen the later.01-wingedeagle

What is funny...John Calipari turned down $80 Million and complete control of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the opportunity to coach Kyrie Irving, Andrew Wiggins and LeBron James to coach the Harrison Twins...03-lmfao

four Finals-filled, multiple-championship-winning years with the Miami Heat. ... made the Miami Heat the most attention-worthy team in American sports. Made South Florida, a longtime football town, the world’s basketball epicenter for a short time. Made highlight plays and lots of money and lots of commercials and lots of news.
-- Miami Herald

With $90 million of recorded arena profits during James’ first three seasons, the Miami Heat had to fend off accusations of seeking government help for an operation awash in cash.

here’s what he couldn’t say.

I am a genius. That genius has a shelf life. I already feel my body wearing down a little. Over the last 11 years, including the playoffs, I played 1,000 of a possible 1,044 games, averaged nearly 40 minutes per game and logged 39,993 minutes in all. Only Wilt and Russell reached 40,000 minutes faster than I will.

Welcome home Lebron. Cleveland is improving greatly as a city a this only helps it. Landing Lebron James and the Republican National Convention for 2016 in the same week is pretty impressive.
