Fathers Day
First of all, to you fathers, hope you have a good one!

Secondly...could Father's Day be at a worse time of year? I vote they move Father's Day to a fall Saturday so we can have one saturday of games and be able to tell everyone my present today is that you leave me alone. Maybe have it during college football season AFTER men's hoops have started too so you have a chance at both.

RE: Fathers Day
Too funny. I thought about father's day always being in the dry spell of college athletics. It would be nice to have it in the middle of football season.

RE: Fathers Day
Might as well just combine it with our birthdays.....either way.....I'm getting a new wallet, a sweater I'll never wear or a TIE.

Having it on opening day of college football would be ideal..

Here in Memphis, Father's Day at AutoZone Park is always fun...Redbirds take on Reno...rendezvous BBQ nachos, beer, and baseball.

RE: Fathers Day
I had a great fathers day, Son wrecked his car yesterday. had to pick the whole front off road and put in my truck. Used straps to hold rest up so he could drive it the 1 mile to the house. Spent all day today rebuilding it well enough to be safe and street legal. Yippeeeeeeeee Happy father's day to me.

Ha, I love Father's Day right where it is. It's the final round of the U.S. Open in golf, and prime time in MLB. It's also in the early summer, when there are more things to do outside, and not yet quite as hot as late July and August.

American football is not the only sport going, you know. 03-lmfao

Lol it was 92 in Orlando today. Thank god I have an air conditioned garage that I spent the day in with my dad working on my 66 mustang
