RE: Frazier's Corner: Survey on its way
A lot of these private suites will be bought by corporations, dealerships, family office types, high line attorneys, accountants etc. You may be able to spin off into sopnsorships, naming rights etc. We do need to make this move to have any hope to get to the next level. I shall particapate to some degree. I think it is the right time. I have the time, interest, and money to support this endeavor.

Build the interest first, then you will be able to sell your product.
The skybox, chairbacks & benchbacks for football games are our best sellers...how is there no interest in premium seating?
I called the ticket office 1-2 weeks ago. At that time the sky boxes were sold out with a wating list. I inquired about chairbacks, they were sold out with a waiting list. I asked about the benchbacks and was told there was still limited availability. I believe that the idea is to ascertain how many people would pay in advance for the various premium seating options. They are not going to hassle the mainstream seaon ticketholders except for an eventual increase in the price of the 35 to 50 yard line seats. The private skyboxes will be quite expensive and shall form the basis for the seed money for this project. JMHO.
Well put. I concur with your assessment.
How anyone could have an issue with the use of this survey to gather information in order to make better decisions is beyond me.
Its what is not in the survey that makes me think the athletic department still doesn't care or understand the main problems going forward. The survey should have read:
1) Do weeknight games affect your attendance at Huskie Stadium.
2) Does your season ticket purchasing decision depend on the fact no respectable opponents are scheduled through 2020 and beyond.
3) Would you like to see consistently more than 5 home games per year.
4) Does playing exclusive FCS opponents at home limit your interest in Huskie football.
5) Do you think more excitement could be generated for season tickets if a respectable opponent was scheduled more than 1 time every 12 years.

Not only do they know the answer, this issue has already been identified for improvement.
