Bowls listed:

Independence Bowl vs. ACC or SEC
Heart of Dallas vs. Big 10
Hawaii Bowl vs. MWC
Bahamas Bowl vs. MAC
Boca Bowl vs. MAC
New Mexico Bowl vs. MWC

From http://www.conferenceusa.com/sports/m-fo...14-19.html

Quote:Conference USA has five primary agreements and one secondary agreement for the 2014 season. The Bahamas, Boca Raton, Gildan New Mexico, Heart of Dallas and Sheraton Hawai'i Bowls are primary agreements. The Duck Commander Independence Bowl is a secondary agreement.

I remember reading that too, but C-USA isn't listing the Independence Bowl as a back up on their site.

Here's the KR video from that absolutely frigid night...

Video shows how many more fans were at the Tech - NIU game than the ULM blowout loss to Ohio.

Boy, I remember that game like it was yesterday. It's amazing how quickly 5.5 years can fly by.

RE: CUSA in the Independence Bowl?
I believe CUSA is a backup in the Independence Bowl in case either the ACC or the SEC can't provide a team. That's why it's lists as "vs ACC or SEC."
