Sometimes it comes down to the way the ball bounces and a little luck. My wife is an Auburn grad and her reactions to the end of the Georgia and Alabama games during this past season was as great as the reaction of the announcers in these clips.

ECU thumping WVU here in Greenville
ECU taking down VT in Charlotte
The Bulls winning that tile after Mike's dad died.
NC getting a pro basketball team, The Hornets.
Then getting a NFL team in the Panthers,
Then landing a relocated NHL franchise to eventually become the Hurricanes
--I now had a full set of pro teams to pull for from my own state.

Reggie Miller 8pts in 13 seconds or whatever to beat the Knicks in the playoffs.
