Know how busy @American_Conf was last yr in realignment and new TV deal? Paid $932K in legal fees, $465K media services, acc to tax return.

Also I assume that they negotiated with the teams leaving the conference to make sure contractually all withdraw fees were paid timely and a smaller amount of their time negotiating the breakout of the Catholic basketball schools from the conference and name change.

New branding is expensive...combined with the legal battles with Rutgers, TCU, and Boise.

I'd say with how we we made out this year it paid off in spades

And I'm allowed to be a fan of multiple schools in the conference. Dont worry though... Cincy is NOT one of them.
