Miss USA
Ms. Indiana actually went to HS in White Pigeon, which is where my wife went to school. Her parents were both incarcerated for drugs and she was raised by her grandparents who is my wife's god mother.

Anyhow, her name is McKayla Deihl. When she was in high school her and her brother would stay with us when their grandparents would go to Florida. She is a wonderful young lady who has overcome some very difficult circumstances and has gone on to achieve great things.

Anyhow, if you or your wife are watching this tonight, she's made it into the top twenty. Hope you pull for her.

A wonderful story.

Thank God for the grandparents being willing to take up the responsibility.

RE: Miss USA
She got ousted in the swim suit competition. She was featured on Fox Morning. Apparently social media lit up about her being the only girl with a normal body. Don't get me wrong, she's stunning, but her body is not that long leg Barbie doll look that they tend to go for.

The thing about her is she is as humble as you can get. Very grounded, and has a great work ethic. Has her degree, a nice resume, and will do well in whatever she does, even if it means marrying a sugar daddy lol.

Yes very normal body and didn't seem uncomfortable about it. California looked like a living plastic Barbie doll. Of course I only watched the swim suit part. Awful swim suits by the way, not very flattering and who the hell would were those dresses? I guess I watched that part too. One chick had a dress on that made lady Diana's dress look tin and understated.

Great story, CD.

You should be very proud for what you did for her and her brother.

Thanks for sharing.

In bed with the wife... not much choice last night... Was grading projects and the swim suit part peaked my interest. So ogling was my hope.

Yeah I suffer through that too. Have to watch love it or list it (hgtv), or The Walton's. Those are her bedtime shows. Thinking of getting her a subscription to a porn channel. Real estate and the Walton's isn't working for me.......

RE: Miss USA
I watched it with the Tigers on picture in picture and flipped to the NBA finals. My wife is good friends with Miss South Carolina's sister so we had to watch the entire thing. She made the top 10 and was ultimately ousted. She is 6 foot 1, and when we first met her, it was crazy to look eye to eye with her. She was a super nice girl and her boyfriend was a pleasure to talk to. He is 6 foot 8 and played basketball at College of Charleston. He had great things to say about WMU from playing them.
