RE: Big 33
Thanks for mentioning that. I haven't followed it as much since OH isn't in it anymore. Don't know why as we still get great PA players and, lately, some MD players as well.

I will add:
Also on June 14, 1:00p, Inaugural Ohio-Michigan Border Classic, Findlay, OH. Tickets $5.00
Marcus Whitfield WR 6-2 185 Massilon (OH) Washington. Also listing Toledo, Grant Sherman QB, 6-6, 200, Kenton (OH).

July 18, 7:00p, Northwest Ohio Regional All Star game, Perrysburg, OH
Preferred walk-ons Blake Bengela (ToledoWhitmer), and Derich Weiland (ToledoCentral Catholic) will play.

The Ohio North-South Classic games were held on April 26. Toledo commits on the roster included, Marcus Whitfield WR 6-2 185 Massilon Washington, Cody Thompson WR 6-2 195 Huron, and Heath Reineke DL 6-3 225 Ashland.

In the Div. I-III game Marcus Whitfield led the North squad with 4 catches for 31 yards.

In the Div. IV-VIII game Cody Thompson led the North team with 4 catches for 91 yards including a 61-yarder for a TD with 3:45 left to send the game into overtime (although the South won in overtime).

As reported by football27 over on the Rocket Report forum:
Incoming recruit WR Mykale Rogers won the state long jump title for the second year in a row. His winning jump was 24'-5.5. To that he added a state championship in the 4x200 meter relay and fifth place in the 100 meter.

A new record for Division 3, but over foot less than the Division I record.
I believe Reineke is not a part of the incoming recruiting class.

Pretty good. Not many Rockets EVER jumped over 24. Would have beaten all MAC jumpers but one this year.

I believe Reineke is not a part of the incoming recruiting class.

I didn't have him on my list either, but he has Toledo listed as his college on the roster. Maybe he's just going to walk on.

Weird. Wasn't Reineke an early commit and then decommitted?

I thought I recognized the name, too, so I did a search on the forum.
He verbaled a year ago, but he was not in the scholarship class. However, as of the publishing of the N-S Classic rosters he still listed Toledo. Grades? Gray shirt? Somebody changed their mind? Ya got me.

On the Ohio-Michigan All-Star game Reineke is listed as a Northwestern University commit.

His Facebook page says Northwestern.

Well, Northwestern doesn't seem to be aware of it. Stay tuned. Maybe he'll end up rowin' the boat! 03-lmfao

Sounds like I should scratch him as a UT commit for now, though.

Going to add the info about the Ohio-Michigan Border Classic. For some reason I was thinking they were not going to play the game this year. Obviously they are, though. Now I remember there was some talk about having the game at the Glass Bowl, but then it was scratched. Maybe that was what I had in my mind.

RE: Big 33
Game on ESPN3
Just tuned in a minute ago. Saw Swanson get a carry for no gain.
I see Woodland on KO coverage.
Just saw a sideline throw to Hart. Looked too high, too wide, he couldn't haul it in.
PA offense looking a bit sloppy.
All 3 Rockets on the field now. Woodland gets a stop!
Hart with a catch for about 50 yards!
Ohhhhh man....a long TD throw to Hart...wide open...and he drops it in the end zone.
Went to the well a second time, but Hart was covered.

Gotta step away for a little bit....

Start of the 4th
Another long one to Hart along the sideline. Looked like it went off his hands.
PA down by 3 with about 3 min's left. They go to Hart again, no catch but he did get an interference call to keep the drive alive.
(The call was borderline.)
PA QB's not terribly impressive, unfortunately.
PA ties it up with a FG.
PA goes long to Hart for the last play of regulation but it is picked near the goal line.
Going into overtime.
Double overtime.
Maryland scores a TD.
PA gets picked. Again.
Maryland wins.

Maryland looked to have a lot of athletic players. PA had a pretty aggressive defense.
All three Rockets appeared to get a lot of PT, especially Hart.
