It would make little sense. Alabama won't even consider going blue, better to hold it elsewhere.

Besides, nobody really wants to go to Birmingham.

Birmingham has no shot at this. If a Democrat wins the Governor's race in Penna., it will likely go to Philadelphia. Arizona makes the most sense, politically, but Phoenix has a couple of problems, namely SB 1070. Cleveland is an interesting choice as well.
