I refused until she brushed her teeth or used mouthwash for the longest time. If she had been smoking it was just a peck on the cheek. (unless I was drunk, then I didn't care)

For a fling I probably wouldn't care; however, long term no way. I mean, if she doesn't care enough about her self by smoking, no way she can care enough for someone else, at least IMO. If she was hot as all get out though I'd try like hell to convince her to quit.
