but uconnfb is the one saying i have to provide hard core evidence like 40 times in this thread dragging it, while you trying to cosign all of his posts. but at the same time not asking for a single shred of evidence on the other side of the argument

instead of putting bowing icons on all his threads why dont you tell him, we have different opinions lets just move on as nothing was released

He doesn't need to be arrested to warrant getting kicked off the team. He's been busted on campus for possession of drugs, been arrested for having an altercation with his girlfriend and February he was in an altercation following a pick up basketball game. He was on thin ice, all he needed to was have the slightest misstep and he was gone. It appears based on Bob Diaco's statement that there was some new event that occured.

If McCombs decided to calll it a career then I doubt Diaco would see fit to make that sort of statement. It's just not his MO and there would be no need to remind everyone of the player's "resume".

You stated that he left the team on his own which by all accounts is factually wrong. Have a nice day.

Just in case anyone is actually interested in the actual impact on the team and what our options are for replacing Lyle. I'm still pretty optimistic that with new leadership, this team will be closer to the tough, find a way to win, squads we had under Edsall that the poor effort and preparedness we endured under PP. Honestly, can't wait for the season to get here.
