Klown Karl was on ESPN 1420 in Lafayette yesterday. This guy is a total embarrassment to the conference. He actually thought UL fans were chanting S-B-C during the first Mississippi State game; when what they were doing [quite clearly] was chanting S-E-C to mock the State fans.

He also said not one word in praise of the Cajuns performance in either Softball or Baseball, but he did make excuses for the poor performance of the conference as a whole in Baseball.

Can we not fire this idiot? Please??

I have not been happy since the day I found out about Benson. He drove the WAC into the ground and then we hired him. Can you imagine that happening in the private sector? In addition, he doesn't even seem like a nice guy, which one would think would at least be the requisite for being so incompetent.

By setting the bar so low with Wrong Way Wright Waters.....Benson seemed like a steal and he was available.....Well with a mind set like that does anyone really wonder why he may seem a little bit like a doof at times and we got what we deserve?

Benson's a clown, but he wasn't the only one who confused that chant. I figured it out simply because I knew there was no way in hades Cajun fans would ever chant S-B-C

Benson gets criticized too much for nothing.

I was at the game..
When Miss St started yelling S-E-C is got a lot of us angry..
Most Cajun Fans were booing at that time, when we had the next at bat and scored some runs we yelled S-E-C to mock them..
They never yelled S-E-C at the second game...

As far as yelling SBC, that never crossed my mind until I read it in the paper the next day, they would sound alike...

I think IF we wanted to yell for the conference we would have yelled SUN-BELT, not SBC...

It was a great environment, fun games, looking forward to this weekend...

Ha! I kind of like the S-B-C chant idea. If we (Ga Southern) somehow pull off another major upset I will attempt to start an S-B-C chant.
