It's about the kids
No wonder our schools are struggling when teachers are absent at an alarming rate. I think it's pretty well understood that subs don't provide the required continuity of instruction that is needed.

it seems they were only talking about 11-15 days. I'm not going to lose sleep over that for people who in some instances are running glorified adult day care centers. I'm not going to begrudged them a couple of mental health days.
