RE: Torch I stand corrected
So i've been wondering will it be polygamy or inter-generational romance pushed next? We already have seen a European judge overturn a conviction of an old man having sex with a adolescent kid because "the romantic nature of the relationship"

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...s-him.html

Quote:Jailed paedophile, 60, has conviction overturned after 11-year-old victim says she loves him and Italian judge rules it ‘a romantic relationship'

If things like this are true, and if we keep hearing how enlightened the European attitudes tpwards sex are then it follows there will be some push for looser laws around "inter-generational" romance here in the US within the next decade.

Polygamy is definitely in the on-deck circle. I would say it is in a position analogous to where "gay marriage" was 20 years ago.

The "intergenerational" stuff is coming over the horizon, too. Have no doubt of that. But I think the social resistance to that is still strong enough to effectively push back for a while.
