Time to bounce back & take care of the Tide @ home on Wed as we've got both UK (in rupp) & Miss St (home) looming large on the horizon. Gotta have the 'Bama game!

After a nice win @ Vandy we lost a toughy to Miss. We'll just have to bounce back and win the rest of our games! The SEC is well within our grasp and the tournament is oh so close to us!

I live 3 hours from Cola up in NC. Makes it hard for me to get down there for hoops games. Especially since no one up here's interested in making the trip.

Another good league win. I hated they way we lost the big lead in the last 12 min or so, but it sounds like 'Bama was draining 3's w/ their eyes closed so I'll give them some credit.

Well, UK always seems to win those close ones at home, but at least Odom got them within striking distance. I know this... I don't think anyone in the SEC really likes playing us anymore.

I was still proud of the effort: we were rebounding well, Ro Howell finally started to contribute, and our fans seem genuinely excited in basketball again.

This is a tough loss. Much tougher than the UK loss last Sat. Blowin' a 12 point lead is hard to stomach. Especially the way we did.

Give credit to the Dawgs though. They took advantage of the situation to get back in it, & then drained a huge 3 to send it to OT.

Now on to Vandy. I think we'll respond well to these last two losses & bounce back w/ a good performance, & more importantly, a win.

Well, we got a good "W" to move our record to 20-5 & 7-4 in SEC play. We also got some good help as both UK & UF lost.

This puts is in 2nd place in the East. We're only 1/2 game behind UK & 1-1/2 games ahead of UF with a week off before we play at Ark next Sat.

Personally, I like where we are right now. I think next weekends road game @ Ark's very winnable, & we get another shot at both UF (away) & UK (home). Also, even w/ UGA being the bi-polar team of the league I still don't see them coming to Cola & winning. Then, of course, there's the season finale at UT.

Still lots of hoops to be played, but the SEC-E title is in reach, & a 2nd place finish is very possible which would give us a bye in the 1st round of the SEC-T.
