Thanks guys! I had to smile when they said he was over 200 lbs. That would be nice as long as he keeps his speed. He weighed in at 193 at the NFL combine. I think this is a great weight for him. He said he loves it in KC. As you know I'm a huge Eagles fan, so having Andy Reid as his coach is fantastic!!

That 7lb gain is from all the great steaks and BBQ in Kansas City. LOL. Best of luck to him

Saw some tweets previously about Gaines seeing time both at Corner and FS in some situations.

That one sounds worrisome:

It’s far too early to count him out, particularly if the Chiefs continue to have a need. If he improves in camp, the opportunity for playing time will probably be there. At this point, though, it appears his main contribution will come on special teams.

Phillip is doing OK :-) He is running with the 2s. I read an article from his position coach who said Phillip is smart, very athletic and really fast. He just needs to get stronger. He is a rookie....he needs to learn the defense....it will be all good. :)
