One if the things I find really frustrating about all of this is this. Why do such laws exist? Why in the **** is congress trying to micromanage what are little more than administrative matters. I don't think for a second that they intend to hold him accountable. THe traitor will probably give a plea that will have him tell the US that the Taliban train with guns and intend harm to the US and we will probably be told that he gave up valuable intelligence and he can go back to Idaho. The best solution may have been for all six to have quietly died in custody.
