TC should know better, but this is exactly the kind of confusion which results from our university's lack of consistency and dedication to tradition over the decades. Furthermore, in many cases (certainly not TC's), it also causes our fans to have less pride than they should.
Symbols are powerful and they definitely matter in college athletics. Only fools, dumbasses and trolls say otherwise.
