If you could Dismantle and replace one thing about US Policy/Law/Regulation, what would you choose?

I would dismantle the IRS and replace with a flat tax.

Just one thing? IRS / Income Tax.... it's archaic, out of date and can be replaced by consumption taxes.

The EPA. I know of no agency so damaging to our economy with so little oversight. Roll back all regulati8ns to 1980, and watch the economy grow.

It was a toss up between the EPA and the irs for me.

The EPA/Obama "pen and phone" Barack is single handledly about to cause the price of power to increase and screw just about everyone with this boondoggle of cap and trade.
