The number of apprehensions in the Rio Grande Valley has shot up in recent years, with south Texas now the main gateway for illegal immigration along the southwest border with Mexico.

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley sector apprehended 154,453 immigrants last year – up from 97,762 the previous year.

ICE should dump them in cities where they'll be welcomed, like the sanctuary cities of San Francisco, LA, and New York. They want 'em, they got 'em.

It is just difficult to get but so up in arms about a problem that I just don't see personally.

My head isn't in the sand. I oppose the amnesty programs put out by the democrats and the GOP establishment. I just don't see the Mexican as the boogie man that doesn't want to assimilate. That just hasn't been my experience. I am sure TX, FL, and CA get a different crop based on what I see in the news.
