Toledo & Purdue have inquired on 6'8 PF Tim Williams who recently received his release from Samford. Will be a hot commodity.

It looks like he scored 14 points against Toledo two years ago but didn't play last season for some reason...

Williams stats from 2013-14 season at Sanford:

17.6 points per game, 7.3 rebounds per game, 60% Field Goal Perct.
75% Free Throw Perct., 1.4 Blocks per game.

Williams was Southern Conference Freshman of the Year in 2012-13. He will have two years of eligibility remaining after sitting out 2014-15 season.

would be a great addition. probably knows juice and maybe hall or boothe from chicago area leagues, aau, etc... would be a huge get, is a very talented and productive mid major big w athleticism and skill. samford must be bummed to lose him - top player in their program with 2 more years to play.
