“This raises serious questions that need to be answered,” Karen Harbert, president of the Chamber’s Institute for 21st Century Energy, said in an interview. “Utilities will be faced with some very unappealing choices.”

Carter worked on the first nuclear submarine. Admiral Rickover brow beat him and others to death about safety on the world's first nuclear submarine, the Nautilus. Would have probably turned us all into cave people when it came to anything nuclear.
