We are our actions. Sometimes we simplify coaching into wins and losses. Winning doesn't necessarily mean your developing young men. Please let's remember, being a quality human with positive attributes and characteristics is most important. Character shouldn't take a back seat to wins. IMHO

What a tremendous tribute to Coach Pastner.
It's an even more tremendous tribute to you, Mr. Gillespie, that in your time of extreme grief, you reached out to thank someone who had showed you and your family a kindness. You and your family are TIGER fans that we should all aspire to be more like.

It's been four weeks now and i just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have responded in this thread and via a pm. Also, a big thank you to all of you who have taken time out of your life to say a prayer, send well wishes or any other positive reinforcements to myself and my family. If anyone is interested, I have set up a facebook page to honor Will and to carry on some of the things he loved to do. His two favorite charities were The Five Acre Animal Shelter located in St. Charles, Mo. and St. Jude. Here is a link to the page and more info on how to help. Thanks again Tiger Nation!!!
